OFFICIAL RULES

1.     ENTRY:
 Silver Leaf Realty, PLLC is sponsoring a promotion for the sale of lots located in the Woods of Parley’s Lane.  Any eligible real estate agent who closes the sale of a lot within the Drawing Period will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing. Each lot sold counts towards one entry in the drawing. A minimum of sixteen (16) lots must be sold in order for the Grand Prize Drawing to take place.

 

2.    TIME FRAME:
Promotion begins February 1, 2008 at 12:00:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time (MST) and ends July 8, 2008 (“Drawing Period”).  To participate in the drawing, agents must close on the sale of the applicable real property prior to the conclusion of the Drawing Period.

 

3.    ELIGIBILITY:
The promotion is open only to legal residents living in the United States, who are: (a) at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and; (b) are the buyer’s real estate agents licensed by the State of Utah.  Agents of Silver Leaf that are also listing agents on the subject property are not eligible to participate in the promotion.  Silver Leaf Realty reserves the right to determine the eligibility of the winner at its sole discretion.  

 

4.    DRAWING:
If sixteen(16) eligible entries are received by the conclusion of the Drawing Period, a random drawing for the Grand Prize will be conducted on July 8, 2008.  One winner will be chosen by random drawing of all eligible entries received.  Odds of winning depend on the number of valid participants.  The drawing will be conducted by Silver Leaf Realty, the judges of this Promotion, who decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.  

 

5.    PRIZE NOTIFICATION/WINNER VERIFICATION:
Winner will be notified at the time of drawing and by U.S. mail and will be required to sign a release and affidavit of eligibility/prize acceptance/liability and a release form within 30 days of the letter’s postmark.  No cash equivalent or prize substitutions are allowed. Grand Prize is non-transferable. If the prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, or if required affidavits and releases are not received within the prescribed period stated above, or if a winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, or if the prize is rejected or otherwise unclaimed, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. Any alternate winner selected will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries for that prize drawing received during the Drawing Period.  

 

6.    GRAND PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the following:  2008 Cadillac Escalade. Approximate retail value will not exceed Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00).  Vehicle will be delivered near the winner’s home, as determined by the Silver Leaf Realty. All vehicle options are at Silver Leaf Realty’s sole discretion.



7.    All taxes on the Grand Prize,
including but not limited to income and excise taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the winner, as applicable.  Winner will be issued IRS Forms (1099) reflecting the value of their prize. License, title, registration, insurance gasoline, maintenance, and all other expenses related to the operation and use of the vehicle is the winner’s responsibility.  

 

8.     By entering this promotion and/or accepting prizes,
entrants and winner agree to release Silver Leaf Realty, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively “Releasees”), from any and all liability, claims, losses, actions or damages of any kind (whether actual, consequential or incidental) incurred with respect to participation in this promotion, or from the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities.  Further, all entrants and winner agreed that the courts of the State of Utah shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise in connection with these official Rules or the Drawing.
